A word from the President

With the addition of two new stores and the influx of new associates and staff members, I just wanted to creat this blog to communicate with my staff. It has always been a dream of mine to have a large company, but continue to run it like a small one. One problem with having this large company, is that I feel a disconnection with some of you, especially those of you out of town. I desire to be able to know all of you, but that is getting a little diffucult with our size. So, this blog is my solution. I will be able to post the thoughts and the ideas that make me tic. This way you will see the vision behind what you are being asked to do, where it originates from and why . This will really be a way to, hopefully, inspire and lead you fabulous people that are THE most important part of my company. Truly, without you, we have nothing!
